Grace and peace,
As we prepare for the sacred and historic Apostolic Affirmation, please carefully review the following Service Protocol for all Deacons, Deaconesses, licensed and non-licensed Ministers, Evangelists, Overseers, Elders, Pastors, Bishops, and Apostles participating in the service.
Please note that there will be no Processional rehearsal prior to Saturday. We look forward to seeing you Saturday morning at 8:30 AM.
All clergy and ministry participants who are participating in the Processional and wearing vestment attire (robes) are to arrive promptly at 8:30 AM and report directly to the Administration Building for preparation and vesting.
Clergy and ministry leaders who are not participating in the Processional but will be attending in civic attire should report directly to the Family Worship Center. Upon arrival, a ushers will receive and seat you accordingly.
If you have been specifically instructed to dress in white, please report directly to Room 102 upon arrival.
Those participating in the Processional should arrive fully dressed in the appropriate civic attire to be worn underneath your High Service vestments. Upon arrival at the Administration Building, you will be directed according to the established service and processional protocol.
If family members, guests, or others are traveling with you, please advise them that the doors to the Family Worship Center will open at 9:30 AM.
If you are attending in support and will be seated in the congregation, please plan to arrive at 9:30 AM, prior to the start of the Processional.
We are expecting a significant gathering of clergy and ministry leaders. In order to maintain the sacred order and timing of the service, all established times and protocols will be strictly observed. We respectfully ask that you make every effort to arrive promptly. Those who arrive late will not be permitted to participate in the Processional.
We ask every participant to honor the order, reverence, and protocols established for this sacred experience. Excellence, humility, and a spirit of cooperation are expected as we prepare to enter this solemn moment together.
This sacred occasion is not presented in the name or honor of man. Everything we do is for the glory and honor of Almighty God. Therefore, we approach this service with reverence, dignity, and the highest regard for the sacred assignment before us.
Thank you for your cooperation, punctuality, and commitment to the order of the service. We look forward to sharing this sacred and historic moment with you.
In His Service,
James Brooks
Chief Operating Officer
